A Full Day

I thought I might have passed on to the great beyond….whatever that is, as I ate this salad/meal yesterday at the Panera restaurant in CO. It was the best salad I’ve ever eaten and I’ve had plenty, usually not with all of these ingredients, especially bacon, but omg, it was delicious. I told my friend in Houston if I lay on my deathbed I want a piece of the New York cheesecake topped with melted white chocolate and fresh strawberries served at a steak restaurant I can’t remember the name of, probably not even there anymore.

But, I digress. . .now I just want this salad.

Heaven in a bowl!😋

After this delight we went to the Denver Center for Performing Arts and saw “Les Miserable” and it was fantastic. The three lead singers were superb. Of course four of the saddest songs were made even more poignant by their beautiful voices.

  1. I saw this tour in Greenville in November. I have an understudy as Eponine when I saw it. Plus, I also I ended up with Fantine. I love Les Mis (there is my 5th time the stage show and 1st time since tour)
