Actually, if you Google “couples who sleep apart,” you’ll discover that it’s not so uncommon and there are a lot of legitimate reasons for it as you’ve listed above.

The list! lol (I am reminded of a joke: Fellow says, “I’m from a family of 8 boys. I never slept alone until I got married!”) That is my husband’s reality. He’s a fidgeter/leg-flinger of the first magnitude when not snoring (and more) and is stricken with brilliant ideas at 3 a.m. As a mom of two then two more, I was stricken by the need to sleep longer than an hour. Nope. Don’t miss it at all!
