Was watching AXSTV documentary “AXS: Paul Simon’s Graceland”. Amazing introspective of the making of the album, including film footage of his trip to South Africa, and explanation of the song below. Of course I’m a huge fan of this composer and this documentary shows the talent he has, along with the many musicians he uses. Of course I like Chevy Chase also. If you like lots of music, AXS has tons of it.

The Bag Lady 
When traveling across the USA by car in 1991 I bought a cassette, Graceland, which we listened to from Nashville to New Orleans. Never saw the Mississippi though as it was hidden by the banks of its levee.

One of my favorite songs and a great video. I honestly feel like Paul Simon is One of America’s greats. Have you heard Obvious Child? It’s another of my faves of his.
