‘Tis the season

You know the reason

But tell me this

Most babies on cards

I have to resist

The reason being

All I’m seeing

Are white little babes

When in those days

In the Bethlehem region

Were no white skinned Norwegians

And then, being contrary

Brown skins were varied

So where are those statues, pictures and cards

I just see babes with light hair by the yard?

I know I sometimes appear to be dense

But what is the deal, it makes no sense!

This is my opinion, certainly not saintly.
