Tell Me a Tale – Christmas!

“Christmas is here!” She ran through the house, announcing this fact to the rest of the household. Of course it was only 5:30 in the morning and no one else was awake, that is until they heard Maggie screaming. It was only the day before Christmas and little Maggie had woken up early.  

The snow falling on her window had lightened her bedroom and woke her up. To a three year old, nature’s beautiful snow made her immediately think it was Christmastime. Her parents had read stories of it snowing at Christmas and the children’s television specials always included snow.  

The rest of the family had a good sense of humor and joined Maggie admiring the weather.
