Poetry Challenge – Puzzle

I love a good puzzle, don’t get me wrong

It keeps my mind healthy and hopefully strong

The largest puzzle I have ever seen

Is the destruction of a utopian dream

Why do we always shoot ourselves in the foot

Why keep anxiety inside, remain moot

I blame it on parents, especially those older

Blindly accepting and not questioning bolder.

This is my first attempt at this challenge and find I had trouble keeping it to 60 words, but hope it’s acceptable. Thanks!
