Started out great, cold and sunny, then it began….having to call and listen to endless ads for their business while on hold. I don’t mind being on hold for a few minutes, but after 7, I’m out of there! My arm grows limp having to hold the phone and my brain is heating up to the blow level.
Why do businesses do this? This was after getting only a recorded message on another needed call that never gives you a way to reply to their questions without specific info I don’t have. So far, them 100, me zero.🙄😎

After you listen to five minutes of where they are located, days, hours and then give ten buttons you don’t need or use, they still put you on hold.
