This is a brown recluse spider. They Iike to hide in your closets and carpet edges. They have a deadly bite. If you’re getting out some packed away stuff that’s been stored for a while, rap on the bottom of the walls surrounding the items and the spiders will retreat. Otherwise you may be in for a nasty bite. If you suspect you have been bitten, go to the ER, and take the spider if you can.

  1. Oh how I hate these lil fuckers…
    My better half he got bit by one of these about less than 2 years it was really bad…thank god it was on his upper thigh but had to have an operation and stayed in the hospital for awhile then home care had to come in after for months…He has one hell of a big scar from one lil spider bite…
    I have pictures and thanks to you I just might post a blog about these nasty and sometimes deadly shitts…

    2. Feeling pretty perky today! Mr. C is going to kill me because he went all the way to the village and I forgot to tell him to get me more Thera Flu but other than my imminent homicide I feel good! Thank you for asking!

    4. Aww. I’m sorry you’re sick! I think you’re tougher than I. The entire weekend and all the way up to today I’ve been being a big baby!
      I have restless leg syndrome/periodic leg movement disorder which means I kick the living heck out of Mr. C in bed on a regular basis. The Thera Flu makes it worse but I just take an extra leg pill.
