Celebrating my 75th this week
I have to admit I could groove
With bell bottoms and chunky boots
Dancing to Midnight at the Oasis or
Arms flailing to the hully gully
Refusing the offered grass
For some homemade wine
Those were self indulgent days.

‘Midnight At the Oasis’ came out when I was a teenager. I’ve just recently found out that Maria Muldaur was married to Geoff Muldaur, a famous folk singer
