A lively quagmire erupted in my kitchen as I vented my frustration in having dropped the kettle. Luckily it was only partially filled with cooled water from the night before. As I do every morning I pick it up from the stove and scoot over to the sink to refill. (The choices made in my so called ADA apartment are regular height shelves and appliances.) Sometimes my arms in burnout mode and they don’t cooperate. This was one of those days and the kettle hit the side of the sink which separated the parts and a mess resulted. I’ve since replaced the kettle with a lighter version much easier to handle.

That stinks about the counter height. Sorry. Thing like making tea shouldn’t be the first challenge of the day.
