It’s both, I fell off a stage lighting tower when I was 17 and my back’s been screwed since but it really just tightens up and doesn’t loosen, it rarely something that stops me just slows me down. The shoulder is screwed and medically diagnosed as screwed 🙂

Coincidence, I screwed up my back at 18 and the result after two surgeries is the chair. Weird coincidence. I like the screwed diagnosis. Have you ever seen Planes. Trains, and Automobiles?
